Refund Policy

14-day free trial

Every paid TRAYL plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial from your billing page and you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund window and eligibility

After the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact hello@traylos.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review in good faith.

Creator payouts are separate

Your TRAYL subscription covers use of the platform. It does not cover creator payouts, taxes, chargebacks, currency conversion, or fees charged by third-party providers (including Stripe for billing and Lumanu for payout orchestration). Funds sent to creators via third-party providers are governed by those providers' terms and are not refundable through TRAYL.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Please email us before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved quickly.
