Transparency and Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing.

1. Payments

We accept major cards in USD through licensed processors. Enterprise invoicing available.

2. Service Delivery

Access begins immediately after payment unless stated otherwise.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current term.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

All fees are final unless required by law or agreed in writing. Contact support before filing disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension.

5. Invoices and Records

Invoices are provided for all payments.

6. Enterprise Solutions

Custom pricing and terms available.

7. AI, Automation and User Responsibility

AI and Automation features support billing and reporting. AI and Automation may contain errors. You must verify.
